KIRK BARWICK

CEO

Mr. Barwick has 38 years of experience – including corporate engineering management, international operations management, and project sponsorship and management for efforts ranging from new-build floating production, storage, and offloading (FPSO) vessels, refinery modifications, renewable energy facilities and offshore topsides/subsea developments. His core skills include: i) Acquisition and management of offshore field development projects licensed by national governmental oil corporations for execution by international operating companies; ii) Establishing and overseeing joint venture offices in host countries to execute projects that maximize local content and support long-term local infrastructure and staffing development; iii) Management of more than 900 engineers and designers; and iv) Development of projects that utilize a clean energy system to produce synthetic diesel or electrical power from biomass and waste sources.

ROBERT D. CORION

Mr. Corion has 25 years of experience delivering Technology and Engineering solutions across many industries including Oil & Gas, Oil Field Services, Petrochemical, Transportation,  Government Services, and Consumer Financials.

 

Mr. Corion is an innovative, process driven, corporate executive with strong customer relationships. He is a former industry advisory member for US Innovation Committee. He has extensive experience managing projects across the globe with budgets up to $400M.

Mr. Corion is an Information Technology project manager responsible for implementing Engineering and Project Management Systems in support of all business functions,  engineering and technical disciplines. He is responsible for developing, directing and managing computing and information technology strategic plans, policies, programs and schedules for business data processing, computer services, network communications, and information management services. 

 

EPC Project Manager skilled  in FEED and Detail design focused on IT Computing and Telecommunications Systems, Business Systems including SAP.  Responsible for systems implementation and start-up for the Chevron Gorgon LNG Project and Technology oversight and direction for the Shell Pearl GTL Project

 

Mr. Corion was trained as a software and network engineering.

ANDY

SALLIS

Mr. Sallis has more than 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. Prior to joining Castleman Power, Mr. Sallis worked for AECOM as President, Global Oil & Gas, serving upstream, midstream and downstream customers providing an array of services from engineering and construction, fabrication, and operations & maintenance.

 

Mr. Sallis started his career with AMEC in the UK, moving quickly from engineering into project management on a wide variety of small, large and mega projects that has taken him to South Africa, Angola, China, and the US. In 2004, he moved to Houston, Texas and following the acquisition of a local engineering company, grew the business substantially and became the President of AMEC Oil & Gas in 2011.

 

Mr. Sallis holds a B.S. honors degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology and has in depth knowledge and skills in the areas of business growth and strategic planning, customer/supplier relationship management,  project execution development and delivery, proactive risk assessment and management.

LOHIT

DATTA-BARUA, PH.D.

Dr. Lohit Datta-Barua is an innovative and result-driven leader and collaborative Engineering and Project Manager in the energy industry emphasizing safety, quality, risk management, and team effort.  He has comprehensive onshore and offshore, domestic and international experience with 40 years in managing conceptual to detail design/engineering, mega projects, and complex EPcM contracts utilizing diverse groups of technical and non-technical personnel.  He held highly responsible positions in major companies in the operating sector as well as in the service sector such as United Energy Resources (UER), Enron, El Paso Energy, Amec, and WorleyParsons. 

​

Since leaving active employment in July of 2016, he has been supporting the industry as an independent Consultant.  He is fully conversant with the development of Capex and Opex estimate, developing a road map for successful engineering, construction and operation, Procurement and Logistics, Terms and Conditions (Ts&Cs) for various types of contracts (E, EP, EPC, EPcM, O&M) including Oil and Gas contracts (purchase, sales, transport).  His specialty is in complex facilities which include Operation, Engineering Management, Project Management, Contracts, and Procurement/Logistics.

Dr. Datta-Barua has a B.S. in Electronics, M.S. in E.E. and Ph.D. in Engineering with focus in Ocean Engineering.  He is the holder of a U.S. patent for a vortex shedding flow meter.  He is a past recipient of prestigious Douglas H. Annin award from the Instrument Society of America (ISA).  He is also a past Key-note speaker at an annual conference of the Texas Gas Association (TGA).  He is considered an authority in Gas Measurement.
